Carolyn Burns
Managing Attorney
Before joining Sage Title, Carolyn served as in-house counsel for Quor Venture Advisors LLC, a District of Columbia-based venture advisory firm and seed investment fund. Her legal experience includes mergers and acquisitions as well as business entity formations. Carolyn graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and worked for the Department of Justice. As an attorney with Sage, she conducts residential real estate settlements for the Washington Metropolitan Area and offers continuing education classes to real estate professionals. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and now resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband. She is licensed to practice law in both the States of Maryland and South Carolina and is an Affiliate Member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAAR).
